Q - Are there any side effects from taking Probiotics Svelte?

A - Each of us is different and unique in terms of body chemistry. There is not one solution that caters to every individual. Some will react normal to probiotics while some may be different. There is this medical term called Herxheimer Reaction. It is common sign when taking a new supplement. The Herxheimer Reaction is a short-term (from days to a few weeks) detoxification reaction in the body. As the body detoxifies, it is common to experience flu-like symptoms including headache, joint and muscle pain, body aches, sore throat, general malaise, sweating, chills, nausea or other symptoms.
